The owner of the NFT acquires the right of ownership of the NFT (the right to use this NFT for personal use and to transfer this NFT to a third party to the extent that doing so does not violate the Copyright Act or other laws).
These ownership rights do not include the copyrights of the music, the rights of record producers and performers to the sound source data of the music, trademark rights, publicity rights of the creator, or other intellectual property rights. ABCRECORDS (including creators) reserves the right to produce, sell, and use different sound sources for the music, or to use the same sound source as the sound source data for its own use.
