Commercial use of owned works other than distribution (CDs, etc.)

As a general rule, you may freely use the NFT work during the period you own it.
However, for distribution (commercial use), you must delegate to ABCRECORDS and agree to a separate "Distribution Agreement". In addition, there may be cases in which rights cannot be exercised with respect to content, etc., owned by previous owners of NFT works.
